While we away at Port Fairy I went into the backyard of our bed and breakfast and was amazed to see these vegie gardens, which were tended by Ryan, the chef of the classy restaurant attached to the inn. I was very impressed by the tomatoes.
At one stage I saw another chef picking herbs for the night's meals. There was basil, thyme, nasturtiums, and lots more
